Haulage can be a stressful game at the best of times but it’s one that the team at Autoplant enjoys and has developed to become a strong contendor in the world of heavy machine maneuver.
Autoplant operate a fleet of Volvo FH16 Lorries, accompanied by a specialist range of Nooteboom Trailers. This enables us to work in and out of C&U, when transporting backloads from whatever part of the country, we may have been in.
Autoplant’s heavy haulage work can involve moving anything from a transformer to a demolition machine or a standard dump truck.
We are proud to be one of the most experienced companies in the East of England for STGO movements. Undertaking work for many major companies including Liebherr, Rail Freight and Tru Plant to name but a few.
All our drivers are highly trained and skilled with many years experience in the movement of all types of machines. From a Shepherds Hut which requires to be craned on via spreader beams, to a 40 tonne tank which has lost its drive train.
Abnormal load haulage is more than just collection and delivery, it’s all about planning and management to ensure everything is covered from start to finish.
Our transport team will coordinate correct routes, special movement orders, permits, escorts and Police escort, were needed, ensuring your load is delivered safely and on time to its agreed destination.
